  • 1919

    Founded in 1919, Bialetti Industrie has achieved leadership in the markets it has entered through a healthy and perfect growth strategy, and has gained a reputation for its comprehensive and high quality product portfolio. As of 2010, with its strategic business acquisitions and effective business model, it offers its products to more than 90 countries. Coffee had been popularised across Italy in the early 20th century due to the rise of the coffee shop and most Italians were keen to get the same intense flavours at home.

  • 1933

    Patented in 1933 by the inventor, Alfonso Bialetti the Moka Express coffee pot.

  • 1947

    Francesco Ranzoni Founded Rondine İtalia in Coccaglio.

  • 1956

    A new Italian symbol: «Omino coi Baffi»; a little man with mustache.

  • 1998

    Rondine merged with Bialetti...

  • 2002

    Bialetti Industrie is founded.

  • 2005

    Girmi was acquired by Bialetti Industrie.

  • 2007

    Cem became integrated 100% to Bialetti in 2007 and continued on its path with strong footsteps in both technology and design.

    On 27th July; Bialetti Industrie became a quoted company on the Italian Stock Exchange.

  • 2009

    Bialetti Industrie expanded further by acquiring Aeternum, the famous leading Italian brand of steel products in the cooking implements sector.
